Trust Cards

Trust cards are informational cards displayed on your storefront to build customer confidence. You can configure up to three trust cards, each with:

  • Title — A short heading (e.g. "Fast Turnaround", "Quality Guaranteed", "Free Shipping").
  • Subtitle — A brief supporting line under the title.
  • Bullet Points — Up to three bullet points highlighting key benefits or features.
  • Image — An optional image or icon for the card. Click the upload area to add an image.

Trust cards appear in a row on the storefront page, typically below the main upload area. Leave a card's fields empty if you only want to show one or two cards.

Client Logos

Displaying logos of companies you have worked with is a powerful form of social proof. You can add up to six client logos. For each logo, provide:

  • Name — The company name (used as alt text for accessibility).
  • Image — Upload the company's logo. Use PNG files with transparent backgrounds for the best appearance.
  • Link URL — An optional URL that the logo links to when clicked.

Client logos appear in a horizontal row on the storefront, typically in a "Trusted by" section.

Google Review Badge

If you have a Google Business listing, you can display a Google review badge on your storefront:

  • Enabled — Toggle the badge on or off.
  • Link URL — The URL to your Google reviews page. Customers can click the badge to read your reviews.

Review Snippets

To add more social proof, configure review snippets that display alongside the Google review badge:

  • Rating — Your overall star rating (e.g. "4.8").
  • Review Count — The total number of reviews (e.g. "127").
  • Snippets — Individual review excerpts that rotate on the storefront, showing real customer feedback.

Help Box

The help box is a small card on the storefront that directs customers to additional support:

  • Enabled — Toggle the help box on or off.
  • Heading — The box title (e.g. "Need Help?").
  • Description — A brief description (e.g. "Our team is ready to assist with your order").
  • Link URL — Where the button links to (e.g. your contact page or support portal).
  • Link Text — The button label (e.g. "Contact Us", "Get in Touch").

Saving Your Changes

After configuring these elements, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately on your storefront.

Tips

  • Use trust cards to address common customer concerns: turnaround time, quality assurance, and delivery.
  • Choose well-known client logos that your target audience will recognise for maximum impact.
  • Keep review snippets short, genuine, and specific to the service you provide.
