Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can set up your pricing, embed the widget, and start receiving quotes right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can manage your subscription and payment methods through our secure customer portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your widget will continue working until the end of your billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, your widget will stop accepting new quotes, but you'll retain access to your dashboard and existing orders.
Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?
No! Setting up is as simple as copying and pasting a single line of code into your website. If you can edit your website, you can set up RapidQuote3D. We also provide detailed guides and support.
How do customer payments work?
Customer payments go directly to your Stripe account. We never touch your funds. You'll need to connect your own Stripe account during setup (it's free to create one).
Can I change my pricing after I've set up?
Yes, you can update your pricing at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for new quotes.
