1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RapidQuote3D ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RapidQuote3D provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables 3D printing businesses to offer instant quoting, order management, and payment processing through an embeddable widget on their website.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Payment Terms

  • The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added where applicable.
  • We may change our prices with 30 days' notice via email.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial:

  • You have access to all features of the Service.
  • No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
  • If you do not subscribe, your widget will stop accepting new quotes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RapidQuote3D and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including your pricing configurations, branding, and customer data.

8. Customer Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you and your customers upload to the Service. You must have appropriate consent and rights to collect and process your customers' data.

9. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments from your customers are processed through Stripe. You must comply with Stripe's terms of service and are responsible for any disputes, chargebacks, or fraud related to your customer transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapidQuote3D, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
  • We may delete your data 30 days after account closure.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
